Cancellation Policy
Terms & Conditions – Shock&Shape EMS Studio 1. Bookings and Payments All sessions must be booked in advance. Payment must be completed before the first session. Packages are valid for the specified time frame and are non-transferable. 2. Cancellations and Rescheduling We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule a session. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will result in the session being forfeited. 3. Refund Policy Payments are non-refundable. In exceptional cases (e.g., medical emergencies), a session or package may be paused upon proof. 4. Session Expiry All sessions must be used within the validity period stated at the time of purchase. Unused sessions will expire automatically. 5. Health and Safety Clients must complete a health questionnaire before the first session. Shock&Shape reserves the right to postpone or refuse training if there are health concerns. 6. Liability Waiver Clients train at their own risk. Shock&Shape and its trainers are not responsible for any injuries occurring during or after training sessions. 7. Personal Belongings Shock&Shape is not liable for the loss or damage of personal items brought into the studio. 8. Code of Conduct Clients are expected to behave respectfully toward staff and other clients. Shock&Shape reserves the right to terminate services in cases of inappropriate behaviour.
